I am totally passionate about consciousness and all vehicles for it: especially people, technology and food.

People, because we are all here to be vehicles for consciousness (as all Zaadsters know) but our mission here is to become fit vehicles for it. And that is no joke. There is nothing more glorious and inspiring than to see someone you know really change, literally transform before your eyes. To watch ego drop away and to see the authentic self shine out of that person's eyes….it is literally like witnessing a miracle. Your own heart wakes up the fact that THAT is our purpose, that there is NO LIMITATION to who we are and what we can be, and that this is something that can be chosen, and cultivated between us as a new culture….That is really what makes my heart sing.

And of course, there are some other awesome secondary vehicles for this, and the web is one of my favorites. Because what more incredible unlimited network for conscious communication is this? The pathways are already laid down, the noosphere is real, and it is so up to US to infuse it with living inquiry, interest, higher consciousness….together!

My other favorite thing is food. But not just any food…really good food. Food done with consciousness. Food done FOR consciousness.  Sarma Melngailis does this with her restaurant Pure Food and Wine - she is on a mission to promote the ultimate experience of health and higher taste and beauty. That is literally the cutting edge of food. It also happens to be raw but has nothing to do with the hippy California connotations that has always had. This food is the FUTURE. Once you get a taste of  this there is no going back. Everything else starts to taste dead already. That is a sign of  evolving consciousness and Sarma is doing this with food and I am in love with that.

Vikas Khanna is another one. He's a brilliant, awesomely charismatic NY celebrity chef using all of that shamelessly to promote and bring people's awareness and raise fund for higher causes all around the globe. He is using food and his celebrity chef-dom to get people to give and to want to give more and more. He makes you want to be a part of what he is doing even if you have no interest in it yourself because SELFLESS PASSSION IS CONTAGIOUS. That's just awesome.

And last but not least, I am totally utterly grateful to my teacher Andrew Cohen, who woke me up to the unlimited possibility of radical transformative evolutionary enlightenment 13 years ago and catalyzed my entire life into the adventure it has become. There is no one on this planet who cares more about people/consciousness actually truly EVOLVING than him, and I am in perpetual awe and inspiration of how much he is willing to give for that. Every day I wake up a little more to that fact that we are a process…we are consciousness waking up to itself…we are the universe, evolving.

And every bit of that depends on me.
